Daily Enigma

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Daily Enigma mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App. These Terms represent a binding legal agreement between you and Daily Enigma ("we", "us", or "our").

2. Use of the App

Daily Enigma grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial entertainment.

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App to extract future riddles or access the local database.
• Modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App.
• Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.

3. Enigma Pro Subscriptions

Daily Enigma offers optional premium subscriptions ("Enigma Pro") that unlock the Archive and Weekend Gauntlets. By subscribing, you agree to the following terms required by Apple:

• Billing: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Charges: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the original subscription price.
• Cancellation: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store Account Settings after purchase. Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.
• Refunds: All payments are processed by Apple. We do not have the ability to issue refunds directly. Please contact Apple Support for any refund requests.

4. The Community Vault (User-Generated Content)

The App allows users to submit their own original riddles to the "Community Vault" for potential inclusion in the daily game. By submitting content:

• Originality: You warrant that the riddle is your original work or that you have the right to share it, and it does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.
• License: You grant us a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, irrevocable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, translate, and display your submitted riddle (and the associated social handle you provide) within the App and in related promotional materials.
• Moderation: The "Grandmaster" (our moderation team) reserves the right, in our sole discretion, to accept, reject, edit, or remove any submitted content at any time without notice.

5. Intellectual Property

All content included in the App, including but not limited to the daily riddles (excluding user-submitted Community Vault content), graphics, user interface, audio, and code, is the property of Daily Enigma or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the App's operation, accuracy, or availability. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, that the daily puzzles will meet your personal expectations, or that the App will be available at all times.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Daily Enigma be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Your continued use of the App following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
